Policies Agreement

  • OUT OF COURTESY FOR YOUR STYLIST, WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES. IN THE CASE THAT MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN FOR A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE, WHICH WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE THROUGH OUR BOOKING SITE, SO LONG AS IT IS BEFORE THE 24 HOUR TIME WINDOW. VAMP WILL HONOR TIMELY CANCELATIONS MADE THROUGH EMAIL, TEXT, VOICEMAIL OR INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE WHERE THE MESSAGE SENT TIME STAMP IS VISIBLE.

  • SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, MADE WITHIN FOUR HOURS OF A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, AND THOSE WHO “NO-SHOW” WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE PRICE. TWENTY MINUTES AFTER THE START OF THE SCHEDULED TIME, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE MARKED AS A NO-SHOW, AND THE CREDIT/DEBIT ON FILE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED.

  • IT IS ALWAYS OUR INTENTION TO STAY ON SCHEDULE, TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES, FOR EACH CLIENT THROUGHOUT THE DAY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED, IN IT’S ENTIRETY OR AT ALL, AND A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.

  • DUE TO SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, AND TO PROVIDE A UNIQUE AND SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE TO OUR CLIENTS, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SALON. VAMP DOES NOT OFFER SERVICES FOR CHILDREN. APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELED IF A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 14 IS ACCOMPANYING A CLIENT TO HER APPOINTMENT. SAME-DAY CANCELATION FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED.

  • VAMP DEEPLY VALUES OUR EMPLOYEES AND RESPECTS THEIR TIME OUTSIDE OF WORK. WE STRIVE TO MAINTAIN PRIVACY OF OUR CLIENT’S CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES AND FORMS OF PAYMENT. FOR THESE REASONS OUR EMPLOYEES DO NOT MAINTAIN THEIR APPOINTMENT BOOKS. WE ASK THAT ALL CLIENT COMMUNICATION REGARDING SCHEDULING, PAYMENTS, POLICIES, OR ANY CONCERNS BE DIRECTED TO VAMP THE SALON DURING BUSINESS HOURS THROUGH OUR SALON EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

  • WE WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS THE GREATEST SATISFACTION. IF YOU ARE HAVING CHALLENGES WITH YOUR COLOR, CUT OR EXTENSIONS, LET US KNOW WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR VISIT AND WE ARE HAPPY TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS DISCUSSED DURING YOUR CONSULTATION. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SERVICES. 

    SHOULD YOU MAKE A RETAIL PURCHASE THAT YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH, WE WILL ACCEPT RETAIL EXCHANGES AT FULL STORE CREDIT, FOR 10 DAYS FROM YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE.

  • A VALID CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED UPON SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. VAMP’S SOFTWARE SYSTEM CAPTURES AND STORES ANY CARDS USED TO PAY IN SALON. ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED, WITH ONLY THE LAST DIGITS OF THE CARD VISIBLE TO ANY VAMP EMPLOYEE. IF THERE IS A PREFERRED CARD NOTATED ON FILE, THAT CARD WILL BE USED TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE ALL APPLICABLE CANCELATION FEES. SHOULD A TRANSACTION NOT PROCESS, ANY OTHER CARD ON THE CLIENT’S FILE MAY BE USED. CARD’S PROVIDED TO VAMP TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT, OR USED FOR PAYMENT, SHOULD BE IN THE NAME OF THE CLIENT ON FILE, OR THE CLIENT SHOULD HAVE COMPLETE AND EXPLICIT PERMISSION FOR FULL USE OF THE CARD, FROM THE CARD HOLDER.
